- Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Lifevac GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) and the customers (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”). We reserve the right to refuse service at any time and without stating reasons. - Contract Conclusion
The contract is concluded when the Buyer accepts the Seller’s offer by placing an order. The Seller confirms the receipt of the order via email. - Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in euros and include the statutory value-added tax. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. The Buyer agrees to pay the purchase price within 14 days after receipt of the invoice. - Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the Buyer. The delivery time is usually [specify delivery time]. In case of delays, the Buyer will be informed promptly. - Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating reasons. The Seller is only liable for damages that are based on intentional or grossly negligent behavior. For slight negligence, the Seller is only liable in case of violation of essential contractual obligations. Under the conditions set out in EU MDR 2017/745, the manufacturer of medical devices, LifeVac Europe Limited, is responsible according to Council Directive 85/374/EEC on the medical device. - Data Protection

If any provision of these terms of use is deemed unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remainder of the terms shall remain valid. The invalid provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent possible, and the unenforceable part shall be considered separate. This does not affect the validity and enforceability of the other provisions. - Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
You have a 14-day return policy. This means that after receiving your item, you have 14 days to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the condition you received it. It should be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note: Masks must remain in their unopened original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will send you the address and instructions for returning your package. Items sent back without prior request cannot be accepted. Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return. We will then inform you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive your money back to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Damages and Issues
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us promptly if the item is defective or damaged, missing, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can quickly investigate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, custom products such as special orders or personalized items, and personal care products such as beauty items. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about your item, please contact us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the current item. After your return is accepted, you can then purchase a new item separately.
